Went on Tuesday night because my ex, Timothy Henry, would not let me talk to my kids on the phone but would get on it himself to harass and threaten me. Two officers told me if I would come with the signed Judge's order that they would put out a warrant for his arrest if he did not show up on Friday for my visitation! He did not show up and I had taken off of work early, lost money and had to pay for the documents. The officers on duty Tuesday were not there Friday but the dispatcher was. She even acknowledged them saying for me to bring my papers. Barney Fife/jackass in charge for the night refused to help me and I got into it with him. While doing so, I noticed Tim's boss had come in on Wednesday and talked to the chief. Her name is Kim Cain. She and her husband John own Remedial Services in Satsuma. My guess is she paid them to not help us. They paid the Satsuma School System to keep me away from info on my kids. I have evidence of that. She has also taken my kids around and told them she is me. Anyway, I told them I was going there myself and sitting on city right of way. They threatened to arrest me and told me I could not do that. Just so you all know, yes you can! City right of way is NOT trespassing. I sat there for a short bit anyway and decided I needed a pic of the sheet that Kim and I had both signed. As soon as Barney Fife left I went back in, talked to the dispatcher and got a pic. I'm taking it to the judge along with my other evidence against John and Kim so they will be forced to stay out of our business and hopefully away from MY KIDS. I would like to note that our pick up place is in Saraland but they could not do anything because Tim lives in Satsuma. The Saraland officer was very nice and told me to talk to the Mobile County Sheriff's office because they will be able to help since they have a civil division for this reason. That police department will be getting 5 stars. I wish I could give Mayberry here a damn zero!
I have insomnia and have not slept in 48 hrs so im sure my face looked as if it were not all there, so Brent the officer walks up to the car asks me a few questions and says "step out of the car for me" and he begins searching my pockets and he finds my bottle of sleeping pills that were prescribed to me so he automatically thinks im intoxicated, but I've been at work all day and have had no drugs or alcohol all day, thats not to say that I don't take part in those types of things, but I never drive while intoxicated. he has me stand on one leg while he counts, I make it all the way to 12- one thousand and my leg falls, so the next test is walk in a straight line counting from 1-one thousand to 9-one thousand turn and do the same, and while wearing clogg chef shoes and on a slanted road I passed with flying colors. and these are the only tests he decides to give and tells me that I failed and to have someone come get me and my car! I was grateful he let me go, but I was sober without question, so now im afraid to drive because now all the cops think im driving intoxicated! I will say again I was 100% sober! I just got off work and just wanted to go home.. now why did he fail me when I passed all the tests that were administered?
I was driving home after a long day at work and a long drive from Atmore and just as I was pulling into my neighborhood a car shoots up behind me and blue lights flashing. I was pulled over for a small crack in my brake light.
